Salmon rose color, with a tint on the edge of purple. The nose reciprocates between strawberry, cherry and tomato, quince. The crystal clear expressions of the aromatic bouquet are repeated in the palate. Here, there is dominance of the acidity which adds to the whole a very long and mineral aftertaste. |
