Characteristics

Pale yellow color, with green tint. The nose is an explosive combination of evening primroses and roses. As the wine takes breaths of oxygen, fruity characters like quince are emerging. A refreshing attack is the first vibrant impression of its taste. The excellent balance between alcohol and acidity “builds” a round mid-palate. The same aromatic profile is also found in the aftertaste, but this time with some additional pepper flavor.
